Advanced Marketers is a fast-growing marketing agency helping contractors and service businesses generate consistent revenue through paid advertising, CRM systems, and automation.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to build, manage, and scale our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue, enforcing structure, and ensuring consistent performance across all sales activities.

This is an in-office role based in Orange County, CA.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives and be responsible for overall team performance, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

This is not a passive management role. We are looking for someone who can manage people, enforce standards, and operate in a structured, high-performance sales environment.

This role is for someone who has experience managing and scaling a sales team.

This is not an individual contributor or commission-only closing role.

You will be responsible for team performance, not just your own sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives
  • Drive team revenue and hold reps accountable to performance targets
  • Enforce scripts, processes, and follow-up systems
  • Review and audit sales calls regularly
  • Improve booking rates, show rates, and close rates
  • Track KPIs across the pipeline (calls, appointments, conversions)
  • Build and maintain a structured sales process
  • Identify gaps in the sales system and implement solutions
  • Ensure consistent follow-up across all leads
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales reps
  • Work directly with leadership to scale the sales department

Required Experience

  • Must have experience managing a sales team
  • Must have experience tracking team KPIs and performance
  • Must have experience coaching and improving sales reps
  • Must be comfortable enforcing structure and holding reps accountable

Preferred Experience

  • Marketing agency or service-based sales experience
  • Experience with inbound and outbound sales
  • Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience reviewing calls and coaching reps
  • Experience building or improving a sales process

Compensation

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $85,000
  • Performance-based commission tied to team revenue
  • Residual income on retained client revenue
  • Strong earning potential for high-performing managers

This role includes ongoing earnings tied to long-term client retention and team performance.
