Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a sales Manager, located in Abu Rawash, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning and client relationship management. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, leading sales teams, meeting sales targets, and preparing detailed reports. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to meet organizational goals, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is a must.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in market analysis, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical components and manufacturing processes, particularly Sintering, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools to track performance and manage workflows
• A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
• Willingness to work on-site in Abu Rawash, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
