Sales Manager - Medical

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling medical equipment and consumables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Set and monitor team KPIs and sales targets.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the sales team as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare professionals.
  • Handle key negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Product & Compliance Knowledge:
  • Stay up to date with the latest medical devices and consumables in the portfolio.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, medical devices, and consumable products.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of healthcare providers or hospital procurement contacts.
  • Experience working with regulatory-compliant sales environments (e.g., FDA, CE-marked products).
  • Willingness to travel regionally or nationally as needed.
