Job Title: Sales Manager - Medical & Healthcare

Experience: 3-10 years of field sales experience (healthcare or medical devices preferred).

Role Overview

  • The Sales Professional – Medical & Healthcare Technology is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the
  • company’s presence through distributors, sub-distributors, hospitals and direct healthcare partners. This role ensures
  • that innovative medical and healthcare solutions reach doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers efficiently.
  • The executive serves as a key link between partner organizations and internal teams, facilitating adoption, execution,
  • and revenue growth across the assigned territory.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in the medical and healthcare segment.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and sub-distributors to expand market reach
  • Drive channel growth and ensure consistent performance across all partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits, product promotions, and sales meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) for smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Support onboarding, training, and integration activities at partner locations.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales.
  • Proven experience working with distributors and channel partners.
  • Strong field sales exposure with willingness to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
