Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help grow the customer base, launch new products, and strengthen existing relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with a modern sales mindset who are comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with customers and prospects
Introduce new products and grow existing accounts
Attend trade shows and customer meetings
Manage post–trade show follow-ups
Use CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy and execution
Execute email and digital marketing campaigns for large customer lists
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Medical or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to new business
Interest in building a long-term career, not a short-term role
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms is a plus
