Sales Manager (Membership0

1- Lead, manage, and motivate the Membership Sales team to achieve and exceed targets

2- Develop and execute membership sales strategies, pricing plans, and promotional campaigns

3- Drive new member acquisition while ensuring high retention and renewal rates

4- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare management reports

5- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and walk-in prospects

6- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for seamless member experience

7- Train sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling

1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

2- 4–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role

3- Proven experience in membership sales, hospitality, fitness clubs, or lifestyle facilities preferred4- Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills5- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per day
