Overview


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Microsoft Solutions to drive business growth in the Qatar market. This role will lead end-to-end sales and business development initiatives for Microsoft cloud, AI, and enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate is a confident sales leader with strong consultative selling expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across mid to large enterprises in Qatar.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and AI-driven platforms
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior business decision-makers
  • Conduct strategic account planning aligned with client business goals, industry trends, and technology roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants and technical architects to deliver tailored solutions, presentations, and demos
  • Participate in Microsoft partner programs, go-to-market initiatives, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools with accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership
  • Stay updated on Microsoft offerings, licensing models, partner incentives, and local market dynamics


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in IT services and solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft technologies
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including cloud adoption, licensing, and AI integration
  • Proven experience selling into the Qatar market with a solid understanding of public and private sector procurement processes
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in competitive enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
  • Strong leadership presence with a confident, consultative sales approach
