Envertiz Consultancy is recruiting for a well-established IT solutions provider in Doha. This represents an excellent opportunity for a high-performing IT Sales Manager to grow their market presence and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.


As an IT Sales Manager , you will be responsible for leading sales and business development initiatives for Microsoft-based technologies within the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, excellent consultative selling skills, and a well-established network across key industry verticals in Qatar. You will own the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.


Main Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and converting new sales opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and AI-driven platforms .
  • Develop and manage key customer relationships, particularly with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other business decision-makers across mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Conduct strategic account planning to align solutions with client business needs, industry trends, and technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical architects to produce tailored proposals, solution presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Actively participate in Microsoft partner programmes, go-to-market initiatives, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to senior management.
  • Keep up to date with Microsoft’s latest offerings, licensing models, incentives, and local market dynamics.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred).
  • 8–10 years’ proven B2B sales experience in the IT services and solutions sector, with a minimum of 3 years specialising in Microsoft technologies .
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem , including licensing, cloud adoption strategies, and AI integration.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar’s business environment , including public and private sector procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within competitive enterprise environments.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage); excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem , co-selling strategies, and incentive programmes is highly desirable.
