Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager – Microsoft Solutions to drive business growth in the Qatar market. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in enterprise Microsoft solution sales.

Key Requirements

✔ 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Solutions / IT Solutions Sales

✔ Strong exposure to the Qatar market

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

✔ Confident, polished, and strong leadership presence

✔ Ability to lead sales initiatives and close high-value deals

Interview Process

🔹 First Round (In-Person): Technical Discussion

🔹 Second Round (Virtual): Managerial Discussion

🔹 Third Round (Virtual): HR Discussion

💰 CTC / Budget: QAR 20,000 – QAR 22,000 per month
