Sales Manager ( Nonwoven Fitration)

Company profile and Introduction:

The BWF Group is a renowned German multinational company with a legacy of 128 years and global leadership across four business divisions: BWF Feltec, BWF Envirotec, BWF Protec, and BWF Profiles.

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in the BWF, under BWF Tec India Private Limited. BWF Protec specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of technical needle felts in diverse shapes and finishes.

These products serve critical applications such as seating, product handling, heat protection, and safety across industries like steel, aluminium, glass, railway/airplane seating, defense, and fire and safety protection.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilites

1 Generate sales.

2 Maintain existing and establish new business relationships by visiting customers.

3 Deal with and respond to customers’ inquiries, complaints and offer technical support and after-sales service.

4 Search for and generate new business by approaching underserved industries / geographical areas within the territory.

5 Manage and maintain SAP CRM data such as Business Partners, DCIDs and PrDs.

6 Timely, thorough and clear reporting to the superior, in line with the established procedures, using the standardized templates:

a) Visit Reports b) Expense Reports c) Quarterly Reports etc.

8 Timely collection and follow-up of all outstanding payments (AR).

9 Work and act according to ISO 9001 standards.

10 Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director - Sales and Service or Managing Director.

Position : Sales Manager

Qualification : Relevant Textile Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

Location : Pune, India (Extensive travel across the assigned territory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Urse, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
