Sales Manager – Lithium-Ion Batteries & Energy Storage Solutions

Location: Pakistan (Based in Islamabad & Responsible for the NORTH REGION KPK)

Industry: Energy Storage | Lithium Batteries | Renewable Energy | Telecom Power Solutions

About the Role

Drive the growth of our Lithium-Ion Battery and Energy Storage business in Northern Pakistan. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across the power, telecom, solar, EPC, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the market for Lithium-Ion Batteries and BESS solutions.
• Identify and secure new customers in power, telecom, solar, EPC, and industrial sectors.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, consultants, and end-users.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, pricing, and contract discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Lithium Batteries, BESS, Renewable Energy, Telecom Power, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries, BMS, Energy Storage Systems, and Solar + Storage solutions.
• Proven business development and customer acquisition experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of Pakistan’s energy, telecom, and renewable energy markets.

Pay: Rs77,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad F-8 Markaz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Solar Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
• Batteries: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Urdu (Preferred)
• Pashto (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
