Job Purpose
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing markets, managing channels, and achieving revenue targets for the company’s Nutraceutical products. & FMCG
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors, stockists, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in FMCG/ Nutraceutical sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of channel sales and market development
- Exposure to domestic markets; export experience is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
