Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Motivate, lead, and monitor the sales team to achieve maximum productivity and consistent sales performance.
  • Plan and conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance agents’ product knowledge, selling techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and market movements.
  • Understand client needs and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve sales revenue targets in line with the company’s business plan.
  • Lead and manage an existing sales team within the company structure.
  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market or substantial experience in an international real estate market.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in off-plan real estate, with a strong and verifiable sales track record.
  • Must have an existing, ready sales team capable of delivering immediate results.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets and end-to-end sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Languages:

Proficiency in English required; additional languages such as Hindi, French, Spanish, uzbek and Persian.
