Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Motivate, lead, and monitor the sales team to achieve maximum productivity and consistent sales performance.
- Plan and conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance agents’ product knowledge, selling techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and market movements.
- Understand client needs and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales revenue targets in line with the company’s business plan.
- Lead and manage an existing sales team within the company structure.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and sales campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market or substantial experience in an international real estate market.
- 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in off-plan real estate, with a strong and verifiable sales track record.
- Must have an existing, ready sales team capable of delivering immediate results.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and end-to-end sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Languages:
Proficiency in English required; additional languages such as Hindi, French, Spanish, uzbek and Persian.
