Sales Manager (Operations & Maintenance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the operations and maintenance (O&M) sector across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the O&M industry, a proven track record of acquiring new clients, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and achieve sales targets within the operations, maintenance, and cleaning services sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building a strong network and pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the Operations and Maintenance industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise in maintenance, operations, and facility management.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
