1. Company Overview:

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality paper products, specializing in Barrier Paper for food packaging, industrial applications, and other specialty uses. Our focus is on delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-performance paper solutions to clients across FMCG, pharma, and packaging industries.

2. Job Purpose:

To expand the market presence and drive sales of our Barrier Paper products by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives in Mumbai and Western India.

3. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

· Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in food packaging, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors.

· Generate leads, manage inquiries, and handle the sales process from quotation to order closure.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.

· Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts in line with company policies.

Market Research & Strategy

· Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

· Provide insights and recommendations for new product development and market positioning.

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Technical Coordination & Product Support

· Work closely with the production and R&D teams to understand product specifications and ensure customer requirements are met.

· Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to prospective clients.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

· Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns.

· Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, product datasheets, and online content.

Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain regular sales reports, client visit reports, and market updates.

· Update CRM / ERP systems with client interactions, orders, and market feedback.

4. Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, Packaging Technology, or related field.

· Experience: 3–7 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in paper, packaging, or industrial materials.

· Industry Exposure: Experience with Barrier Paper, specialty papers, or packaging products is a plus.

5. Skills & Competencies:

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Understanding of paper products, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes.

· Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

· Ability and willingness to travel within the region.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Sales growth and revenue targets for Barrier Paper.

· Acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones.

· Market expansion and brand visibility.

· Successful coordination with production and R&D for technical requirements.

7. Compensation:

· Competitive salary + performance incentives.

· Travel and mobile reimbursement as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
