Role Overview
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role focused on expanding CE Tours’ reach through new partnerships and smarter go-to-market efforts.
You will own new business development while also leading marketing and growth strategy, helping shape who we attract, engage with, and convert to new partners.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell and think strategically, not just execute.
What You’ll Do
Partnerships & Sales
- Own net-new business development from prospecting through close
- Identify and engage schools, educators, and partner organizations
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Lead discovery calls and deliver compelling presentations
- Close new partnerships and transition accounts post-booking
- Represent CE Tours at conferences, events, and networking opportunities
Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate on outbound campaigns, messaging, and positioning
- Provide insight on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Manage lead generation efforts and improve conversion strategies
- Oversee and optimize the sales funnel and outreach performance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or growth roles
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong consultative, relationship-driven sales skills
- Experience managing pipelines and using CRM systems
- Strategic thinker who can contribute beyond execution
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Interest in education, travel, or experiential learning

Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 + commission
- Performance-based earning potential with upside tied to results
