We are currently hiring for an enthusiastic Sales Manager who loves exploring new business opportunities in our Elk Grove, CA – Headquarters.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company growth targets. This leadership role blends strategic planning with hands-on coaching to drive sales performance, maximize revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated leader with a proven track record in building successful sales teams and exceeding goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor field and inside sales representatives to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Monitor sales metrics, track performance, and provide coaching to improve team results.
- Drive lead generation efforts and support marketing initiatives to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct regular field ride coaching and coaching sessions with sales representatives.
- Manage CRM utilization, sales forecasting, and pipeline accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Foster a competitive, high-energy, and team-oriented sales culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience (pest control or construction industry experience preferred).
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have or obtain a Branch 2 and 3 Structural Pest Control Board License within the first 90 days of service
- Must possess valid Driver’s license and meet company driving standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer or conducting field visits.
- Must be able to drive company vehicle safely for travel to client sites.
- Occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable walking through varied work environments, including outdoor and residential areas.
- Ability to navigate stairs, ladders, and uneven terrain when accompanying field staff.
