DCPS is a growing MEP solutions company specializing in delivering reliable, high-quality power and data center systems. We focus on professionalism, long-term customer relationships, and delivering value through strong technical understanding and execution.

As we continue expanding, we are looking for a Sales Manager – Power & Data Centers to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and expand our presence in the UAE market.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead business development efforts, identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and close high-value deals within the Power & Data Center segment.

The ideal candidate understands consultative sales, communicates confidently with technical teams and decision-makers, and is committed to building long-term partnerships rather than short-term wins.

This role requires strategic thinking, leadership ability, strong market presence, and professional representation of DCPS at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders on time
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project closure
• Represent DCPS professionally in the UAE market

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Target achievement (monthly & annual)
• New client acquisition
• Account growth and retention
• Proposal conversion rate
• Sales reporting accuracy
• Client engagement consistency

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years UAE sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in MEP industry is MUST
• Strong knowledge of UPS, CCU, Generators, and Data Center equipment
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethics and professional personality
• Sales-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn

Visa Status – Strong Preference

Preference will be given to candidates who already hold a valid UAE residence visa, including:

• Golden Visa holders
• Spouse Visa holders
• Candidates with an existing UAE Work Visa

Candidates who are already residing in the UAE with valid visa status will be prioritized, as this allows for faster onboarding and immediate deployment into the market.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 + Commission
• Company Car + Fuel
• Office Location: Dubai (Near Deira City Center)
• Accommodation & Food: Not included
