Sales Manager (Preferred: Male Candidate)

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai
Compensation: 2500-5000 AED/month (Based on experience) + Commission

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in direct sales.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of direct market sales experience
• Proven ability to generate leads, identify, engage, and convert potential clients
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer relationship management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand accounts
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance forecasts
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and support
