We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales of our premium food & beverage portfolio in the UAE.
Our group manages GILIZA Coffee (specialty coffee roasted in Dubai) as well as other luxury F&B products, including locally produced items in the U.A.E. and exclusive imported brands for which we are the sole agent in the region (e.g. premium sea salts, gourmet foods, chocolates, beverages, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our brands across HORECA, retail, boutiques, and specialty stores.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and decision makers.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate listings, and secure shelf space and menu presence for our brands.
- Lead sales presentations, tastings and product trainings for clients and their staff.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, competitor activity, and market trends; provide regular reports and action plans.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow, stock availability, and on-time deliveries.
- Represent the brands at events, trade shows, and in-store activations when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of F&B sales experience in Dubai – this is mandatory.
- Proven track record in selling to HORECA / retail / supermarkets / specialty stores.
- Strong existing network of buyers, chefs, F&B managers, and retail decision makers in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai F&B market, pricing, margins, and trade terms.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
