Sales Manager - Professional Services

UAE (Dubai), Saudi Arabia, Middle East Region
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East region.

Sell IT staffing, technology contractors, and professional services solutions

Develop & execute strong regional go-to-market strategies.

Build a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Engage CXOs, Procurement Heads, and IT decision-makers.

Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations end-to-end.

Identify new logos and untapped industry sectors within the region.
What We’re Looking For
-
8+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Professional Services.

Proven success in selling IT staffing, tech contracting, or managed services.
-
Strong network across Dubai, Saudi Arabia & wider Middle East markets.

Experience working with enterprise & government clients preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
