Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager – Project Development to lead and drive developer sales across prime and super-prime real estate projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships within the domestic broker market, a proven track record in exclusive developer sales, and the ability to generate high-value opportunities through both direct and indirect networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales and revenue generation across assigned developer accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and introducer networks
• Manage and grow exclusive sales opportunities with key real estate developers
• Identify new business opportunities within the UAE property market
• Build and strengthen domestic broker partnerships to maximise project exposure
• Support international broker relationships where applicable
• Conduct regular client meetings, project presentations, and networking activities
• Maintain strong market awareness across prime and super-prime property sectors
• Ensure professional representation of the company and developer brands at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales or project development sales
• Exceptions may be considered for candidates with an exceptional proven track record in developer/project sales
• Proven success in developer sales and exclusive project sales
• Track record within prime and super-prime property sales preferred
• Strong domestic broker network is essential
• Existing international broker network is advantageous
• Established domestic introducer network is advantageous
• Fluent English is essential
• Additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are highly desirable
• Must hold a valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
• Immaculately presented with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
