Hiring for : Sales Manager (IVD & Medical Devices)

Locations: Delhi, Lucknow (UP), Ranchi (Jharkhand).

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of IVD products (Rapid & Elisa tests) and Medical Devices (BP Monitors, Thermometers, Glucometers, Nebulizers) in the regions of Delhi, Lucknow, and Ranchi. Candidate should have hands-on experience in selling these products and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies for IVD products and medical devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide product training and technical support to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in IVD products (Rapid & Elisa) and/or Medical Devices (BP Monitors, Thermometers, Glucometers, Nebulizers).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market in Delhi, Lucknow, or Ranchi.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, or a related field.
