Job Opening: Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Sales Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi
Industry: Ready Mix Concrete / Construction
Experience: 5+ years (RMC preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve RMC sales targets
• Identify new projects, contractors, builders, and infrastructure clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Coordinate with plant, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth supply
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Ready Mix Concrete or construction materials sales
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, and developers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a sales team and large accounts
• Valid driving license preferred
