Sales Manager ( Real Estate )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives/agents.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics (KPIs).
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion and brand positioning.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and legal guidelines.
  • Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of client interactions.
  • Represent the company at events, expos, and client meetings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
