About the Role

Namaste Properties LLC is seeking a highly influential Sales Manager with a strong personal brand, proven leadership, and a powerful social media presence in the Dubai real estate market. Key Responsibilities

-Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.

-Oversee the full sales cycle for both off-plan and secondary market transactions.

-Execute strategic sales plans that utilize your personal brand and social media influence.

-Generate high-quality leads through your digital presence and industry connections.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.

-Train, coach, and motivate your team for consistent performance.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify listing visibility and brand awareness.

-Ensure compliance with RERA and company standards.

-Bring a minimum of 4 team members with you upon joining.

Requirements

-6–8 years of UAE real estate experience with a proven track record of high-volume sales.

-Recognized personal brand and strong social media influence in Dubai real estate.

-Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

-RERA certification is mandatory.

-Valid UAE driving license and own car (required for office and client work).

-Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic is mandatory.

-Own visa preferred; visa sponsorship can be provided.

-Strong negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills.

-Immediate availability is highly preferred.
