We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will manage sales executives, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer experience from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for residential projects (apartments, villas, gated communities)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets
  • Handle negotiations with end customers and close high-value deals
  • Monitor lead-to-booking conversion ratios
  • Allocate and track leads from portals, walk-ins, and campaigns
  • Work closely with channel partners and brokers to increase bookings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of residential real estate sales experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities
  • Experience handling site visits and walk-in customers
  • Knowledge of local residential market, pricing trends, and buyer behavior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
