Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor daily performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and closing ratios.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and ensure access to premium project inventory.
- Manage and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and conversion data to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and sales briefings.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle key clients, close high-value deals, and assist agents in complex negotiations.
- Ensure the team’s compliance with RERA and company policies.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales agents.
