Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Offplan & Secondary to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Expand the company’s client base through networking and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Motivate the team through incentive programs and leadership initiatives.
Client & Transaction Management
- Oversee high-value negotiations and complex transactions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, legal teams, and financial institutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
