GHA Developments is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and build our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership with real sales expertise and is excited to create structure, drive performance, and play a direct role in business growth.

The ideal candidate will actively participate in sales operations, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals while recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Proven experience in real estate sales management

✔ Experience building and leading successful sales teams

✔ Strong knowledge of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October, especially Green Belt (El Hizam El Akhdar)

✔ Excellent negotiation and closing skills

✔ Hands-on mindset and strong leadership capabilities

✔ Previous sales experience in El Hizam El Akhdar is highly preferred
