Sales Manager ( Real Estate )

Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Karachi Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role includes coordinating with marketing teams, monitoring market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also train and guide sales representatives to optimize performance and foster professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct sales meetings and provide team training.
  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitive analysis, and identifying business opportunities
  • Leadership skills, including experience in managing and mentoring sales teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at problem-solving
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing is beneficial
  • 5 to 7 Years Experience in same field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
