Responsibilities:
- Communicating the project's USP's to customers and brokers
- Organizing broker briefings and providing training and knowledge to brokers
- Managing the customer sales experience
- Creating a pool of committed and profitable network of local and international brokers to increase the company's sales volume
- Acquire new clients and manage existing clients
- Prepare and maintain client data and documentation
- Assist buyers in making informed decisions
- Resolve customer queries timely and effectively
Requirements:
- Prior work experience with a real estate developer or brokerage company
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the UAE Real-Estate Market
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration
