Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 (based on experience) + Commission

Job Description:
Trixis Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies

· Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Dubai real estate

· Train, coach, and evaluate sales consultants’ performance

· Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

· Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)

· Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role

· Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws and market trends

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

· RERA certification is preferred
