Sales Manager (Real Estate Secondery)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, with at least 3 years experience in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
