Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who can lead from the front and scale a high-performing team. This is a primary managerial role focused on team growth, revenue generation, and strong market presence.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manager role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate (Primary off-plan)
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Strong capability to motivate and drive a team toward aggressive targets
• Must have experience managing a team of at least 15 real estate agents
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise
• Deep understanding of Dubai off-plan and secondary market

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and scale a team of 15+ agents
• Set sales targets and ensure monthly KPIs are achieved
• Recruit, train, and mentor agents
• Support major deal closures and client negotiations
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Maintain developer and investor relationships
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
• Monitor performance and provide structured reporting
