Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our sales team. This role is not about individual sales—it’s about building a winning team that consistently exceeds goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an extroverted personality, and a proven ability to develop high-performing sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of several sales representatives
• Implement training and development programs to enhance closing skills and operational knowledge
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Drive team performance toward a monthly quota of $400,000 in residential construction sales
• Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company growth goals

Compensation:
