Sales Manager - Retail

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager who can lead from the front — drive sales, manage staff with discipline, maintain store excellence, and create a high-energy selling environment. This role is for someone who treats targets like personal missions and believes that cleanliness, team motivation, and customer experience directly impact revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth & Targets

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Increase average bill value (ABV) and units per transaction (UPT)
  • Plan and execute in-store sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions

- Staff Management & Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate sales staff
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
  • Build a motivated, target-focused sales team
  • Enforce discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior

- Store Cleanliness & Visual Standards

  • Ensure store cleanliness at all times
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Monitor fitting rooms, display racks, and stock organization
  • Implement hygiene and presentation SOPs

- Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain high conversion rates through active selling

- Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain daily sales and staff performance reports
  • Coordinate inventory management with stock team
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail sales management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of boosting store sales
  • Excellent communication and motivational ability
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (Conversion Rate, ABV, UPT, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
