Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager who can lead from the front — drive sales, manage staff with discipline, maintain store excellence, and create a high-energy selling environment. This role is for someone who treats targets like personal missions and believes that cleanliness, team motivation, and customer experience directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Targets
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Increase average bill value (ABV) and units per transaction (UPT)
- Plan and execute in-store sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions
- Staff Management & Leadership
- Supervise, train, and evaluate sales staff
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
- Build a motivated, target-focused sales team
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior
- Store Cleanliness & Visual Standards
- Ensure store cleanliness at all times
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Monitor fitting rooms, display racks, and stock organization
- Implement hygiene and presentation SOPs
- Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain high conversion rates through active selling
- Reporting & Operations
- Maintain daily sales and staff performance reports
- Coordinate inventory management with stock team
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail sales management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of boosting store sales
- Excellent communication and motivational ability
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs (Conversion Rate, ABV, UPT, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
