Raptis Roofing is hiring a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our established sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven roofing sales professional who can both manage and produce. The Sales Manager will be responsible for daily team leadership, recruiting, training, accountability, and personal sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct daily sales meetings
• Build and maintain a positive, high-performance team culture
• Hold sales representatives accountable to activity and production goals
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire new sales representatives
• Oversee new hire onboarding and sales training
• Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance development
• Monitor individual and team sales performance
• Personally generate leads, knock doors, and sell roofing jobs
• Set the standard for professionalism, work ethic, and ethical selling

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 base salary
• Override on total revenue generated by the sales team
• Commission on personally sold jobs
• Company truck provided

Requirements

• Proven roofing sales experience required
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to train and develop new sales representatives
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and field leadership
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong organizational and accountability skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing outside sales teams
• Knowledge of insurance restoration and retail roofing sales
• Track record of building and motivating successful sales teams
