Sales Manager (Russian speaker) for EAC

Recognized as a Notified Body and Testing Laboratory, SERCONS provides end-to-end project support — from reviewing technical documentation to accredited laboratory testing and issuing EAC marking certificates. We are committed to quality, impartiality, and transparency.

We are constantly expanding our accreditations and technical capabilities, allowing us to cover more products, industries, and regulatory requirements. This means our clients can access a growing range of certification services under one roof — with the same trusted quality they rely on.

Main Responsibilities:

• Make 30–60 sales calls per day (cold calls) to generate new leads;
• Actively search for new clients and develop long-lasting relationships;
• Work with management to develop commercial activity plans;
• Prepare customized commercial offers;
• Collaborate with the technical team on EAC certification procedures and support existing clients;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services.

Requirements:

• Russian language is a must
• Very good English or native speaker;
• Other languages are considered a plus;
• Proactivity, positivity, and ability to multitask;
• Previous experience in certification sector is considered a plus.
