Sales Manager – SaaS & Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We're looking for a driven, strategic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our SaaS products and Performance Marketing services. This is a ground-floor opportunity you'll be joining an early-stage, fast-moving company with ambitious regional and international expansion plans. If you thrive in building from scratch, closing high-value deals, and leading by example, this role is for you.


What You'll Own:

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting B2B clients across MENA and international markets, with a focus on SaaS subscriptions and performance marketing service packages.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team while personally driving pipeline and closing deals.
  • Design and execute structured training and development plans for the sales team
  • including onboarding programs, product knowledge sessions, sales methodology workshops, and ongoing coaching to continuously elevate team performance and ensure consistent quota attainment.
  • Identify and penetrate new verticals (real estate, insurance, B2B/lead generation) through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close with a bias toward speed and results.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategy, refine positioning, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Set and track KPIs, forecast revenue accurately, and report directly to the CEO on pipeline health and growth metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client-facing engagements across the region and internationally.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager at a SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, Performance Marketing or Software company.
  • Proven track record of selling to international/overseas clientsexperience across MENA is strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with a hands-on, execution-first mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or equivalent) and data-driven pipeline management.


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience launching a sales function or building a team from zero.
  • Background in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Exposure to the GCC market, especially UAE and KSA.
