Key Responsibilities

●Identify, qualify, and convert leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solarprojects.

●Conduct site visits, load assessments, and present suitable solar solutions to clients.

●Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

●Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic feasibility inputs in coordination with thetechnical team.

●Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

●Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and timely reporting.

●Stay updated with solar products, government policies, subsidies, and market trends.

●Coordinate with engineering, installation, and support teams for smooth projectexecution.

Desired Candidate Profile

●1–2 years of experience in solar sales, solar EPC, or renewable energy solutions.

●Strong negotiation, communication, and customer handling skills

Understanding of on-grid, off-grid, hybrid systems, and basic solar components.

● Ability to conduct site surveys and load calculations (preferred).

● Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (COMPULSARY)

Qualification

● Graduate in any discipline

● Technical background (B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical) preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
