Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager  to lead and grow our business in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the Kingdom. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in executing the regional sales strategy, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets across vertical markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Saudi market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales relationship management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels, including system integrators, resellers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and government entities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to regional leadership.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions and campaigns specific to market needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Represent Allied Telesis at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience  in the networking/ICT industry , with proven success in the Saudi market.
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure solutions, including switches, routers, wireless, and network management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi business environment, government procurement processes, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English  and Arabic .
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as needed.
