Mission of the Role
To drive sustainable
revenue growth
across TruKKer’s
Air and Sea Freight product portfolio
in the EU region by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and ensuring strong alignment between commercial, pricing, and operations teams.
The Sales Manager will act as a growth catalyst — combining customer focus, solution-selling skills, and a deep understanding of global freight forwarding to position TruKKer as a trusted logistics partner across key trade lanes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

Own the
Air & Sea Freight sales targets
for assigned regions; develop strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Business Development
-
Identify, pursue, and convert
new clients and trade lanes
across Europe, GCC, and Asia through strategic prospecting and lead management.
Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and nurture
long-term relationships
with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in wallet share.
Market Expansion & Route Development
-
Develop new trade routes and commercial opportunities in line with TruKKer’s regional capacity and carrier network (Airlines, Shipping Lines, GSAs, NVOCCs).
Pricing & Commercial Coordination

Collaborate with
Pricing, Product, and Operations
teams to design competitive quotations, tailored logistics solutions, and value-added services.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
-
Set sales goals, track performance, and provide
accurate revenue forecasts
to management; proactively adjust strategies based on market movement.
Customer Problem-Solving
-
Address client concerns promptly and design
alternative logistics solutions
that balance service quality and cost efficiency.
KPI Monitoring & Reporting

Track performance metrics such as new business conversion, GP/ton, trade-lane profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of customer shipments and service delivery excellence.
Compliance & Governance

Uphold TruKKer’s
business ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory standards
; ensure all customer contracts and pricing align with company policies.
Job Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
-
3–5 years
in international freight forwarding (Air & Sea).

Proven Experience in
B2B sales, key account management
within logistics or freight companies.

Established network with
airlines, shipping lines, and freight partners
in EU and GCC corridors.
Language Skills

Fluent / Upper-Intermediate
