We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Secondary Market Manager to lead and grow our secondary sales division in Dubai.

Working Schedule

6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the secondary market sales team
• Drive property sales and achieve monthly targets
• Recruit, train, and motivate agents
• Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
• Develop sales strategies to increase market share
• Monitor team performance and ensure high conversion rates
• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary real estate market

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai secondary real estate market
• Must come with an existing team of 8–10 real estate agents
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• RERA certification is preferred
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
