Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Secondary Market) British National to lead our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value property deals
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and legal framework
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- RERA certification is a plus
