Sales Manager (SM) – Loans & Multitasking

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with experience in loan products and multitasking operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, gold loans, home loans, etc.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct customer profiling and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with financial institutions or NBFCs for loan approvals.
Customer Handling
- Provide detailed information on loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and processing.
- Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and digital communication.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Documentation & Verification
- Collect and verify KYC (Know Your Customer) and income documents, as well as application forms.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with verification teams for field checks and approvals.
Multitasking & Office Operations
- Assist in daily office coordination and reporting activities.
- Prepare sales reports, follow-up lists, and performance summaries.
- Manage communication between customers, internal teams, and loan partners.
- Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in loan sales, telecalling, field sales, or financial services.
