Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading all client acquisition efforts, building strong and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires someone who is confident, well-spoken, organized, and fully capable of closing deals with premium clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential clients across Kuwait and GCC (luxury brands, hotels, high-end events, corporates, influencers).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.

2. Sales Presentations & Pitching

  • Present agency services professionally and confidently to clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages or custom solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and long-term retainer agreements.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offers, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve packages and offerings.
  • Collaborate with management to refine positioning and business direction.

4. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly sales forecasts and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain all leads and contacts in CRM.
  • Ensure contracts and payments follow company policy.

Qualifications & SkillsEssential

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with high-end clients and premium brands.
  • Fluent in English (spoken + written).
  • Presentable, confident, and professional.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.

Preferred

  • Experience in agencies (media, digital, creative, production).
  • Existing network of potential clients in Kuwait or GCC.
  • Understanding of luxury industry tone & client expectations.
