To strengthen our export activities in Africa, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager for the South African Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop B2B sales activities in the Middle and South African market
- Identify and acquire new customers (restaurants, hotel chains, distributors, catering companies)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle the full sales cycle: inquiry, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up
- Develop and expand distributor networks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Handle export pricing and international shipment coordination
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Fluent English or French (C1-C2 level), Native African language (must).
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Middle or South African market (export sales preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Middle or South African market
- Experience in food service, or commercial kitchen equipment industry preferred
- Understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and export processes
- Experience working with distributors and international clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- High level of independence, accountability, and self-motivation
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel when needed
