The Sales Manager will lead and drive the commercial growth of the company's steel fabrication and structural steel products. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding market presence locally and internationally, managing key client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local (UAE)
- Generate and follow up on new leads, RFQs, and project inquiries from contractors, developers, and engineering firms.
- Expand the company's client portfolio by targeting key sectors: high-rise construction, industrial facilities, oil & gas, infrastructure, and mega-projects.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients ensuring profitability and strategic fit.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
- Resolve client issues and escalate concerns promptly to maintain service quality.
