Sales Manager (Target Based Salary)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Marketing Manager to lead our on-ground brand presence and audience engagement strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in traditional marketing channels, understands the art of real-world brand activation, and can create memorable brand experiences for diverse audiences—from energetic youth communities to high-level corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead physical brand activation including kiosks, stalls, roadshows, pop-ups, and promotional events.
• Strategically plan and execute on-ground engagement campaigns for youth, corporate, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage creative event concepts that enhance brand visibility and recall.
• Build strong relationships with partners, event organizers, institutions, and community leaders to expand brand reach.
• Oversee logistics, vendor management, and quality control for all physical branding activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect audience insights, and suggest improvements for future activations.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline touch points.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and business development teams to align physical branding with overall brand strategy.
• Represent AAM Tech Hub as a BRAND REPRESENTATIVE at all events and activations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 - 3 years of experience in traditional marketing, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build professional relationships with diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Location: Lahore
Salary: Open (Commission/Percentage Based)

Salary Structure:

• If 2-3 deals are completed in a month, you will receive 50% of your salary and 4% commission on each sale
• If 5 deals are completed in a month, you will receive full salary as well as 4% commission against each sale
• If 10 deals are completed in a month, you will receive full salary and 5% of commission each sale
• In case more than 10 deals are completed, you will receive 1.5x of your full salary and 5% commission on your sales
